Trobem la casa dels teus somnis

"When it came time for my family to purchase a home, we set out looking with high expectations, and Betti rose to the challenge. Betti has a relaxed style and was open and honest with us every step of the way. We never felt like she was being pushy or showing us properties that were beyond our reach. Betti was very well-versed in the properties she showed us, and we never had a question about a property that she didn’t have a quick and accurate answer for. We found her input on many of the homes we were looking at invaluable, and before long, she became a trusted sounding board for our thoughts about the properties she took us through.

I can also say that, as an attorney, Betti was fantastic to work with during the closing process. She was a pleasure to schedule inspections and other necessities with and was always timely and prepared. Her work was far from easy; there were times when I would be calling her repeatedly throughout the day as I tried to march all manner of professionals through the property to make estimates, reports, and inspections, and without fail, Betti managed to accommodate our needs. It’s an understatement to say that Betti is a trooper, and I appreciated her flexibility and positive attitude throughout the entire process. I wouldn’t pick anyone else!"

"We first met Betti Russo when our son was buying a house. His buying process was not an easy one, and Betti had exhibited kindness and patience while dealing with our 26-year-old, plus advised him wisely throughout the process, which kept having bumps along the way. We were so pleased with how she handled the obstacles that popped up with his purchase that we decided to use her to sell our home in Ringwood.

The decision to sell was a tough one, as we had built our home and raised our family in it. From the start of the process, Betti was totally professional. She did a wonderful market analysis, which gave us a true starting point for pricing our house. Betti advertised the house nicely and held several open houses as well. There were many showings throughout the time it was listed. An offer came in, and a price was negotiated quickly. The inspections and further negotiation process became somewhat involved.

Betti was now representing both the buyer and us. She handled the back-and-forth negotiations extremely professionally. We would highly recommend Betti as a Realtor. We have now seen, between our son’s purchase and our sale, how she handles both sides of a transaction. We believe she is totally honest with her clients and understands individual needs and concerns. Thank you, Betti!"

"Betti was the absolutely ideal Realtor and overall consummate professional. As a first-time home-buyer, I had a lot of questions and was unsure of the process in its entirety. Betti held my hand every step of the way to make sure the transaction was as smooth as possible. She responded quickly to all questions and answered them with accuracy. Betti went above and beyond her job description on many occasions to make my life easier during what could have been a very difficult process. I wholeheartedly recommend her with no reservations."

"Betti Russo works hard to make sure she sells your house and helps take all the stress off your shoulders. She follows up with showings, gives you feedback, helps you get your house ready for staging, and is there for you any time or day. She truly cares; she is the perfect example of what a Realtor should be! I really cannot say enough good things, and I am so thankful we had her as our Realtor when we sold our house because she made a stressful time & process so much easier to handle. Don’t waste your time with other Realtors; do it right the first time! Betti Russo will get the job done and earn her commission, and she is worth every penny!"

"Betti made our first home-buying experience as a newly married couple about as easy as it could go. She was always involved in the entire process and answered any questions we had. She is trustworthy, honest, and handles everything efficiently. If you want a first-class experience in home buying, have Betti be your Realtor."

"Betti has helped my family sell and buy numerous properties (5, or 6 I believe). She is extremely knowledgeable, and we could not be happier! She is always available to answer any questions and truly loves what she does! Betti is the best!!"

"It was an absolute pleasure to work with Betti Russo. Betti was professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy, and she didn’t waste a second of my time as she knew exactly what I was looking for. Betti was a tough negotiator, and I was happy to have her on my side. I would recommend Betti to anyone seeking to buy or sell a home!"

"We love Betti! She was our Realtor for our first home, my parent’s Realtor, and my in-law’s Realtor. She never let us down. She is reliable and knowledgeable, and also the nicest person ever. If you are buying or selling, call Betti!"

"Betti is the ultimate professional who is organized, trustworthy, and has excellent communication skills. She adeptly handled the sale of our home, which was a bit challenging, such that we had three sellers, two of whom were out of state. The home was being sold “as is” and was in need of repair. Betti was amazing throughout the transaction and was a source of calm and poise during a difficult time. She handled a tough potential buyer with skill and advised us well through the entire process. I would recommend Betti in any and every transaction. Thank you, Betti, for sharing your expertise with us!"

"Betti was very attentive to my real estate needs. She was easy to communicate with and always available. She is very dedicated and a hard worker. In the real estate world, Betti Russo is a Rockstar!!"

"Betti Russo sold my house within a week. She also found me a townhouse to rent. She went above and beyond to help my family. She is professional but also a warm, friendly person who you will love having as your Realtor. Selling and buying a new home is very stressful, but Betti keeps you calm during the process, and she really cares and wants the best for you. You won’t regret making that call to her to become your Realtor!"

"We were looking for a 2nd vacation home but weren’t sure exactly where to begin. Betti was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond our expectations and found us the exact home we were looking for. She was professional and personable and, in the best way to describe her, “fierce”! I highly recommend her for all your real estate needs."

"I highly recommend Betti Russo. She came to our home, in which we lived for 17 years, and listened to our needs and wants for selling our home in which we raised our two children. She was understanding and patient with all of our questions and late-night phone calls. In turn, we trusted her opinions about selling our home. Betti sold our home within three days, meeting all of our selling goals! Outstanding agent and person. I would never have changed a thing about hiring her to represent us."

"My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and expertise we had with Betti Russo. When we decided to purchase a new home, we had a lot of concerns, and choosing the right person to help us find the perfect home was high on that list. Betti helped us as if she was choosing a home for herself and her own family. Her knowledge of location, construction, structure, and overall everything real estate was very impressive."

"Betti was amazing in more ways than I have room to type here. I was selling a house in NJ while living in NC.. Betti helped find and schedule contractors, showed the place, provided a detailed list of improvements needed, coordinated tasks with my tenant, and was always available even during night and weekend hours. She turned what would have been a laborious and tedious process into a virtually stress-free process for me. Thanks for making it easy for me!"

"I have known Betti personally for many years now, so it was a “no-brainer” to enlist her help when we recently were looking to sell one home and purchase another. I know Betti’s work ethic and dedication to her profession were strong, but I did not know how “all out” she would go to make her clients happy and satisfied. Betti made herself available to us whenever our busy schedules allowed. She not once wasted our time looking at a property she had not already vetted and found to meet our needs, and when the house we originally wanted fell through (not her property), she picked us up from our sadness and doubled down on her efforts to find us our new perfect home! On the selling side, Betti showed “tough love,” explaining how to make our home as “sellable” as possible, and took beautiful photos that really showcased our property. At the end of the process, Betti sold our house for a good price in a very timely manner, helped us make a competitive and fair bid on what was to become our new home, and helped us every step of the way with inspections, lawyer referrals, and anything else we needed. You would be a lucky person to call Betti your friend and an even luckier one to call her your Realtor!"

"Betti Russo and her team are true professionals that get the job done. She helped me every step of the way in both selling my house and helping me buy my next home. She was a joy to work with, and I would highly recommend her."

"My husband and I were looking for our first home, and Betti was amazing and a true guide throughout the whole process. She was available to answer all our questions and concerns. Our sellers were certain the property didn’t have an oil tank, and Betti advocated for us. Surprise, surprise, there was an oil tank, and thanks to Betti, we had one less thing to worry about as a new homeowner. Even after closing, we reached out to her for a document we couldn’t find, and she was more than happy to help. All in all, anyone I know looking to buy or sell, I recommend Betti with full confidence in her services."
